Guidelines for Full Paper Submission
1. Please refer to Author’s Guidelines for preparing the full paper. Download
2. The authors can submit a full paper as per the guidelines specified via the Full Paper Submission System. All full papers must be submitted in English.
3. Please label the file of the full paper as "Corresponding Author Full Name_FP01.doc" for the first paper; "Corresponding Author Full Name_FP02.doc" for the second paper, if the corresponding author is submitting two papers.

5. Authors are encouraged to suggest 3 reviewers for reviewing the paper.

Guidelines for Revised Final / Camera Ready Paper Submission
1. After completing the review process of the full paper, the Organizing Committee will send a ‘Full Paper Acceptance Letter’ together with paper ID to all authors. The authors may need to revise their full paper if necessary (according to the comments of reviewers).
2. After revising the full paper, the authors can submit the revised final paper as per the Author’s Guidelines specified above. Download
3. Please label the file of the revised final paper as "Paper ID_Revised Final.doc".
4. During the revised final paper submission, all authors are required to attach:
- ‘Table of Correction’ for the items being corrected. Label the file as “Paper ID_Table of Correction.pdf”.

Important Remarks
1. Each registration fee is limited to 1 paper only for the corresponding author. The second paper will be charged 50% of the registration fee for the same corresponding author. Each corresponding author can submit a maximum of 2 papers.
2. Full paper submission and presentation at the conference are both required to include the full paper in the conference proceedings (i.e. at least one author of each article should attend to the conference).

Review Process
1. All full papers must be original and have not been presented or submitted to any other conferences previously, journal or under consideration for publication elsewhere.
2. A blinded peer review process will be carried out in reviewing the full paper for which it will be reviewed by at least two experts in assuring the quality of the submitted papers. The authors are required to response to the comments of reviewers by resubmitting a revised full paper if necessary.
3. All submitted full paper will be checked by the Organizing Committee in a plagiarism tool. Any ethical misconduct will be considered very seriously.
4. Outstanding presentation will be nominated for Best Presenter that to be presented during the Closing Ceremony of the conference.

2. Before publication, E3S Web of Conferences will randomly review papers from each conference using the text comparison tool “iThenticate”, to prevent plagiarism malpractices.
